This policy explains what information Alfadale Inc. collects through alfadale.com and its private operations dashboard, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you request availability, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, company or operation, phone number or email address, requested service and project or order details. Authorized staff who sign in to the private dashboard may provide their Google account name, email address and profile image through Google Sign-In.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, including the page viewed, links and buttons selected, form progress, referring page, campaign parameters, browser information, approximate session timing and IP address. We do not send contact-form names, contact details, companies or messages to Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to commercial water, wholesale hay, caliche and other business enquiries; route requests to the appropriate team; maintain a record of enquiries; secure the private dashboard; understand website performance; and improve the website and customer experience.
Service providers
Alfadale uses service providers to operate these systems: Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for private database storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Google for sign-in, Tag Manager and Analytics. These providers process information on Alfadale’s behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses browser storage to maintain an anonymous visitor ID, session ID, first- and last-touch attribution, page journey and whether a contact prompt was dismissed. Google services may set cookies or use similar technologies when enabled. You can clear or block these using your browser settings, although some sign-in and measurement features may then work differently.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, security and legal obligations. Alfadale uses access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted credentials and an approved-user list for the private dashboard. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you submitted, subject to legal and operational record requirements. You may also use browser controls to manage cookies and local storage.
